I really appreciate this pre-workout because it doesn’t contain aspartame, sucralose, acefultame K and all these really bad ingredients you will find in most of other pre/workouts, protein shakes etc.. instead it uses stevia which is much better. I enjoy the red fruits flavor and the energizing quality. I just wish they made it less sweet as it still tastes like one of these overly sugary drinks most people are used to but when you get away from these, this kind of super sugary taste is a bit annoying. Easy workaround: I just add more water. Quick tip if you are looking for a protein shake with no nasty ingredients also: recommend Wyldsson protein which doesn’t even taste too sugary and is clean. Plus they’ll plant trees if you ask them to :)

Mixes very well no after taste definitely buy again

After having tried multiple pre-workout supplements and energy drinks, I was looking for something that contains as few artificial ingredients as possible, and doesn't taste bad. I stumbled across The Vegan Supplement Store on Amazon, and decided to give it a go, given that it wasn't expensive compared with the other options.I was pleasantly surprised by the taste (I bought the Refreshing Red Fruits flavour) and effectiveness of this pre-workout supplement, and I can confirm there is no crash afterwards. Unlike other supplements, it didn't make me feel nauseous or give me an upset stomach.So overall, I'm very happy with the purchase, and highly recommend it!

Tastes great! Very effective - I certainly find it gives me just the right amount of boost for my workouts with no ill effects. All natural ingredients (which is one of the main things I was looking) and all at a good price. Would definitely recommend!
