Works great have had no trouble so far, very strong closer.

Parts were missing. Terrible instructions. Had to order a second one to get all the parts.

Just took the old out and installed this one instead at a pool door. Not the highest quality, but good enough to do that job. Installed it with a chain stopper, overstretching those door closers can not have.

Doesn’t come with what it says it does. Missing pieces and the thing is useless! I do t know they can even sell these still! Super disappointed. Wasted our money! Save your money and buy somewhere else!

You will need to save the old hardware when installing this new closer kit. The hardware supplied was just not enough for the full install, just the handle. Now I have new closer kit with rusty old hardware. Disappointed :(. Better off getting one at your local hardware store that sells with the full hardware and save you the frustration.
