Love this bedding - it smells great and the ducks love it,Nice and easy to use and last a while it’s nice and soft which unlike straw my ducks really enjoy,The size of the bag is brilliant and lasts ages we just turn over what’s in there house its very effective for what they need.They don’t get caught up in it or drag it out .I buy this every time for our duckies as they love it so much .Fast delivery and never had it arrive damaged so very happy

The moment it goes down, the whole place smells divine, like a spa for hens. Even the humans say, “Wow, that smells nice,” every time they open the coop.It keeps everything clean, dry, and fresh for ages. No pongy corners, no grumpy clucks. It’s soft on our feet and perfect for nesting, scratching, and our midday gossip sessions.Our humans now buy it regularly and won’t use anything else. I've been using this bedding for my hens for a long time, and it's probably the easiest to handle of all beddings I've used. It's scented, which is a bit weird, but allegedly antibacterial, and, frankly, chickens don't seem to care either way.It composts quite fast, and is shockingly absorbent - if it's been wet enough there may well be a soggy layer at the bottom, but it will generally stay quite dry at the top.I haven't had any impacted crops from bedding consumption, though my hens love to move it around a lot so there's always a fair amount outside the chicken house.It's generally cut up pretty fine, which leads to my one problem with it (and most chopped-straw beddings, really), which is that during the summer when my hayfever ramps up, it's hot, the air is still and it's very dry, this stuff completely destroys me.It's also a little bit expensive, but overall it's the most pleasant bedding to actually use that I've experienced.

Wasn’t sure about this - but very absorbent doesn’t fly all over the place and chickens seem to like it ! A little goes a long way so will last for ages and great cake for money. Well compacted in the bag so a little difficult to get out - doesn’t seem to be any dust

My chickens love this and it smells good in the coup too.
