Sterling 7/16in WorkPro Static Rope - 11mm

I do arborist work quite often during the summer months but not day in and day out. Bought this rope for a replacement of a smaller diameter sterling htp rope I had previously been using to climb with. Works well with my grigri2 even though it is almost the max thickness the device will allow. This rope also has much better hand then the sterling htp and still seems to be very abrasion resistant. I'm sure it will last me for years to come like my htp which is now nice lightweight rigging rope!

My first Sterling rope. Consider me a Sterling fanboy. I’ve only tried a few brands, but this is a great rope. Mark my words, I Will update this review when the rope is dead to me.

This is a serious climbing rope made for mechanical ascenders like my RopeRunner Pro. Not very knot friendly but seems to be of the highest quality for good service.
