Henes Broon T870 Kids Ride On Vehicle 24V Power with Rubber Wheels & Remote Control, Black

I'm really disappointed in this purchase. I bout this on my kids birthday Nov 3rd and nothing g but problems. First the box arrived damaged. The passenger was cracked. My first response was to return it but the company sent me a replacement door. The inside of the controller was corroded. I believed the company send me a used defectaive car but they swear they didn't.The car stop working after a month. The battery that came with the suddenly died. The company sent me another battery. The car worked for a couple of mire weeks. Now it's dead again. I now have a heavy piece of expensive junk sitting in my garage. My 3 years crys every time he sees it and wonders why he can't ride it anymore. I've have spent a lot if time with customer service. Very patient with them. I really really tried to give them every opportunity to make me a statisfued customer before writing this review. I want a replacement or I will be taking legal action. He's crying as I write this review.

Design detail and overall quality seem high on every part EXCEPT the goofy android touch screen. This part is overly complicated and the app crashes non stop. Your kid will need IT support on call to keep it running, but other than that this thing is pretty cool.

For what you pay the vehicle is not very durable. It has nice gadgets, the 4wd is great. Nice speed.Ours broke a couple times. The Henes broon customer service is very responsive and helpful.Overall, it is just not worth the money in my opinion.

I have tried for over two years to buy parts to fix. This piece of equipment. Talk to the supplier multiple times and he keeps telling me this could be fixed in a couple months. Do not buy this product. It's a piece of plastic. You're going to have to throw in the garbage.

What a waste of $1500 on a car that you can’t even get replacement parts four and breaks down a year and a half after you get it save yourself some money don’t order from these people

Our 14 month old son loves it! Build quality is very good and he will be able to enjoy it for years to come
