Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare
N**B
Below average and misses the mark
This book comprises of a collection of chapters from various authors, most of whom are not clinicians who are in the field of medicine. As a result, there is a very inaccurate perspective of medicine. As an example, the medical imaging chapter is a technical summary of the area but there is no discussion of workflow aspects of this domain that any radiologist would find useful for AI in healthcare. In addition, some of the figures are very poorly done for a book at this price.
