Much better than expected
I don’t tend to like seaweed much however I kept seeing how people said this was delicious even in ramen so I figured I’d finally try it. Turns out I love seaweed in this. I add it to ramen, regular soups, baked potatoes and even chicken. I love the taste so much I’ll be buying more soon since I’m about out. Also I’ve dropped the bottle at least 6 times on both title and concrete and it hasn’t even cracked or scratched. I’m guessing it’s shatterproof. The lid is also really awesome, as someone with arthritis most jars are really hard to open but not this. It’s kinda like a silicone type opening when it just pops off. It’s not a twisty lid not a I need a can opener lid. Just slightly pull up and the lid comes right off. Much easier to use than most of my seasonings. Anyway this is really good and I highly recommend. Also if you are white like I am but love most Asian meals this is a topping you’re probably gonna like as well. Just please don’t buy it out all the time and act like white people came up with it. It originated in Asia. Don’t try to appropriate it or whitewash it I’m begging you.

Very tasty!
Ordered this to use to top open-faced tomato sandwiches for a tasting menu dinner party. Not once single sandwich left. This combo (garlic mayo with so much garlic it's spicy with chopped basil, toasted French bread slices, thinly sliced tomatoes lightly salted and peppered shingled over mayo, topped with furikake, feta, and fresh chives) is quickly becoming a staple for my appetizer menu and is often requested when I ask if I can bring anything.

love, Love, LOVE!
I first found this product in a hostel in San Fransisco, two years expired - ever since, I've been wanting to buy more! I rediscovered this product from a cousin from Hawaii, and now I use it almost every day in my poke bowls! I even got my professional chef aunt into the product! Definitely recommend, especially with a bit of sesame oil, in any dish requiring a rice base. It works well with chicken, beef, and pork dishes as well, as long as the sauce required is not super sweet (mango is still okay). Hope you love it as much as I do!

Asian touch
I bought this as part of the ingredients for a recipe and I was surprised on how good it tastes. I’ve added it to other recipes (not only rice) and it helps with the Asian/salty taste.

You GOTTA like seaweed - and I do!
I decided to try this version of this brand, and I have to say, i'm really happy. I think it tastes really good, my husband is still undecided, but remember, we all have different taste buds. I really do like the texture, it's great with white rice and chicken, it truly zipped up the taste of my dinner. I would buy this again.

Great flavor in this little bottle
Very versatile for a lot of different dishes. One of the reviewers below claims the bottle says "Do Not Eat" but apparently didn't read far enough to see that they were talking about the oxygen-absorbing packet inside the bottle, NOT the food itself. And yes, there is a small chance very low levels of lead could be in the product given that it's made with seaweed and fish flakes - there is always a chance of that anytime you eat anything from the ocean! This product is perfectly safe to eat. Just wanted to clear up that misinformation.
