SOLE Active Thick Plantar Fasciitis Insoles, Men & Women - Arch Support Inserts for Foot Health and Heel Pain Relief, Orthotic Inserts - Multiple Sizes

These are great insoles I’ve purchased them before however this time after heating them in the oven as per the directions, the left insoul delaminated from the top cushion layer and the plastic sub layer shrunk away from the top layer . I went to Amazon to return to the retailer and got a response that it was “not a returnable item”! The product has a 90 day warranty clearly stated on the packaging. I wanted to return for another pair as I haven’t had no trouble in the past with them. Just don’t purchase from the vendor known as “AMAZING VALUE GOODS” ever! Apparently just some kids running a garage or basement / none of those pesky responsibilities of actually warehousing of product, just posting in selling on Amazon, , capitalizing on sales and refusing to handle The daily rigors of actually running a business i.e. defective items..

The description for this product says 90 day guarantee, just return the item to the point of purchase. However, Amazon does not let you return this product and you are STUCK with it. If you receive a wrong size, if the footbed is too thick or thin for your shoes it doesn't matter. You cannot return the product. The description should be updated to reflect this policy instead of falsely advertising a 90 day return policy.

Out of the recycle friendly packaging, they fit my foot very well. With a little focused heat (mine from an adjustable heat gun, but the instructions tell you you can do this in an oven as well). You can remold them to your exact needs. From my previous Sole brand insoles, it will hold the shape for a good while and then if you need a further adjustment you can remold them again. It will work a few times, but by then, it is time to replace the insole anyway. I just wished Sole would keep some of their product available longer. In the time you wear one out, they may change the product line again and you start all over getting the right one ordered. I know they are a young company, but by developing your customer base with a good line of products you grow in a more sustained manner, than having to constantly find your customer again and again. So if you are listening. Keep some of these products around so we can easily purchase more and tell our friends...

When I first opened the package I thought to myself “these are so hard, and thought I wasted my money”. On putting them in my shoes I was very impressed with the comfort. Upon heating them they felt even better. A great investment for those long days. The reviews were quiet accurate & did abit of reasearch as you know everyone has a different experience. I thought just try & see, wasn’t expecting much. Down to the actual packaging this company has done very well. Who gets instructions with insoles?Product engineered very well. If I could give 8 stars for this review I would.Excellent investment for tired feet or just comfort period.

I have high arches 1&1/4” These are a fantastic product worth the $. I heated them up placed them on top of my orthotics to form them while standing on them. Placed 2 pairs in my shoes. Wear my orthotics in my work boots. I’ve never had a flare up or any discomfort. I walk everywhere. No running or jumping if I can avoid it.

The arch support is firm and the sole feels to be made of quality material. However, the sole is very very firm. They are accurate when they say "thick" but there is little to no cushion in the material. If you're walking on carpet all day this would probably be fine. I walk on concrete 8 hours a day, these were not what I was looking for. Used them for a couple weeks but cant take it anymore, not work grade.

My arches fell over the years. Plantar fasciitis was at its worst, walking on the ball of both feet was the only way to walk without pain.Wore these for a little more than 2 months is when the plantar fasciitis pain was down at least 80%. I've been wear, these for the past 5 years.These black colored soles are the thickest 3.2mm, works great with work boots, they have the extra cushion. I replace my inserts about every year or 2; or when my feet starts to ache. And my feet are happy again.

Having to cope with severe foot heal pain from Plantar Fasciitis, needed some foot support relief. I wasn't sure if these soles would work since I'm on my feet all day. Man was I wrong. As soon as I inserted the soles, I could feel the difference, and after a full day's work, my foot pain wasn't as severe as before. Can't beat them for the price in comparison to the more expensive doctor recommended sole inserts.

These are far the best inner soles I've bought and used in my work boots. Especially once they have been heated up and moulded to your foot.... Don't have an feet, ankle or knee issues using these now. Even when I'm on my feet for 8+ hours...

Didn’t help with plantar fasciitis at all

These inner soles are brilliant! My work boots have never felt better, and my feet dont kill me after a hard day! Top job 👍

I have an issue with my heels in the muscles beside the Achilles tendon. They hurt like crazy when I walk, especially when they stiffen up over night or after sitting for a while. Amazingly, these souls are the only thing that stops IT completely. When I walk in these, I don't notice any pain. I use the oven method for fast adaptation to my feet, and have not being disappointed in the least. I cannot recommend these highly enough.

These are very well made insoles. I was hoping that they would be a bit thicker in the ball of foot area. I think I will buy a pair of memory foam insoles and cut them to fit the toe and ball of foot area and slide them under these insoles.
