Unusable
Product arrived with the packaging covered in dried melted chocolate. None of the melted chocolate was on the brown paper wrapping so had clearly been in this state before being packed for shipping. The chocolate chips were a solid mess. Some tiny fragments broken off. But unfit for purpose and should not have been sent out in this state. It's not hot this week so not recently melted. Hugely disappointing.

Not for me
I was rather disappointed with this chocolate which for my taste is just too sweet and lacks that bitterness that I associate with good dark chocolate. I have to accept that it contains 60% chocolate. Perhaps just too much added sugar that is spoiling it. I have ordered a lot of Belcolade chocolate in the past and no doubt will again but certainly not this particular product. I should have been suspicious when the Description did not quote the cocoa % in the leading description but quoted 100% natural cocoa and vanilla. The 60% I mention comes after the Important information and Legal Disclaimer. Perhaps it can be used in baking chocolate brownies if I leave out sugar and add a lot of cocoa powder.

Contains SOY. Not listed in the online ingredients so useless as I am allergic! 0 stars, Amazon won't allow a return

It's not 60% dark
Looking and comparing the ingredients this is 55% dark chocolate not 60.5% like advertised. I will still use it but I can't use it for what I bought it for
