Good shoe wrong size
I saw this shoe and tried it on in DSW shoes, feel in love with the shoe, the fit and the feel, It was $89.99, so I decided to purchase it from Amazon, which of course was much cheaper. Its a good quality shoe, very comfortable. Unfortunately I had to return it because they sent the wrong size and apparently they did not have it in stock as they said over the phone, about 2 weeks later I had to give them a call inquiring about my new pair and requested a refund if I didn't recd it by a certain date given, well they immediately refund my money without further dialogued, I suppose they did not have the correct size. I would have appreciated if they had call me to inform me of this, that's why I gave 3 stars, the shoe is definitely a 4 star product- don't get me wrong, but the service was 3star, hopefully they will do better with the next customer, they send the wrong size to.Well, they did do better by me, I received a phone call and was informed that they did try to call me early on and they did, because of my strange voice mail. Very pleasant as before. I will view there store to see if they have anything in US size that I like and will order from them. Very nice sellers, who really care, change ratings to 4 star because of their kindness.

Super shoes!
I must be sliding into my feet as I get older. I used to be 5'2" and now am 5'. I wore a 6-6 1/2 in high school and now, at 70, am an 8 1/2. I ordered these in a 40 (9 1/2 - 10) after reading reviews saying to order a size up. They are perfect and SO comfortable. I went to a local shoe store and DSW to try them and ordered here. Guess that's sort of cheating but the price was better. I have a high instep so was leery about the fit but no problem. The leather is gorgeous. Mine have the purple front. Love the wild color. Would like to order Burbank with the closed back but am unsure about the size.

I LOVE this shoe
I ordered a 6.5-7 first time, because I wear a 7 and that was a bit snug, so I returned it and got a 7.5-8 and it's perfect.Love the colors, love the comfort of walking in it (does not slip off my feet like clogs usually do), I love everything about it.The strap can be worn in back if you do have issues keeping it on your feet, but the material on the inside, makes it hard to slip off (with socks).I get compliments on these shoes everytime I wear them.

Really cute, comfortable shoe
These shoes are the best. They are comfortable from the minute you put them on. I agree with other reviewers that they run short, but it does not make much difference since they are clogs. I have ordered more Spring Steps in the next size up and they fit perfectly. My foot is 7-1/2-8. I ordered these clogs in a 38 and they are about 1/4" too short. The size 39 fit perfectly.

These shoes tend to run small.
I have now owned these shoes for a year and a half and won't wear any others! I bought a size larger than recommended as I had purchased a pair suggested for my very normal size 10 foot and the shoes were a half inch too short! However, now that they fit, the comfort level and support are exceptional and I get rave compliments from everyone who sees them.

These clogs are so comfortable, they feel like slippers. I get compliments every time I wear them. So worth the money. Great quality shoe.

love them
I fell in love with these shoes the minute I saw them. They are a little out there but being an art teacher I figured I could get away with it. They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I have a chubby foot and high arches. These shoes seem to have conformed to my feet and I can wear them all day with out the foot pain I get with other shoes. I would recommend going to a store to try them on first to get the right size before purchase. These are my "happy" shoes because they make me feel so good. If these shoes are typical for Spring Step, I will be buying more from them in the future.

Love these shoes!
I found these shoes in a store, tried them on and loved them right away. After several months of wearing they are still as comfortable as they first were, and are showing very little wear. I like them so much I am thinking of buying them in a second color. Unfortunately the pictures don't show the heel strap to full effect. That is the best feature IMO. When worn unbuckled, it makes a very comfortable sling-backed clog. They are even more comfortable than the Danskos I own. Great shoe and I recommend them very highly.
