The best tool I have bought for a long time
I used this for torquing the head bolts, camshaft sprocket bolts and crankshaft pulley bolt on an '08 Chevy Cobalt. It was easy to use and I could not have done the job without it. I considered buying a torque wrench with the angle gauge feature on it, but it was way too expensive. I also decided this was a better option. I can use it on a ratchet or breaker bar, which ever fits my needs to best.I was worried about torquing the camshaft sprocket bolts because it requires you to apply torque with one hand while holding the camshaft still with the other hand. (I cheated and used a helper). This gauge did not let me down. It worked great in all applications. I definitely would recommend it and I would buy it again if I lost or broke the one I have. The magnets are strong and the torque signal is loud enough to be heard in a shop environment. I love it!

Works perfect and it's easy to operate
This thing is one of those tools that you will use infrequently, but it is a lifesaver when you need it. Works perfect and it's easy to operate; I found the magnet that keep it attached to the wrench were fine. The way it keeps track of accumulating angles of rotation as you ratchet backwards is awesome. I think you probably lose a little bit of accuracy when you're in a situation where you need several ratchets backwards, as it does take a small rotation to understand that you've changed direction, but it's minimal. I bought it to torque head bolts on a Subaru with a EJ25 dohc engine during an in-car head gasket swap. There is absolutely no way I could have accurately measured the rotation with anything else. Seems like a high quality tool that I will own for years.

Fantastic tool for precise work
Many cars now use torque angle fasteners for even simple things like suspension. I bought this to work on my 335i since I couldn't bring myself to use the dial type tool. I needed to replace camshafts, and I knew that just one slip of the dial tool could ruin my day and make me wish I spent the money for this one in the first place. I like how this is magnetic and can be attached to any of my ratchets or breaker bars. I can use it on anything from 1/4 drive to 1 inch drive breaker bars. It is very accurate as long as you turn the ratchet or wrench at an appropriate speed. It seems to work at any speed between 10 degrees per second and 90 degrees per second. If you turn excessively slow, it will read too low, but you would need to go absurdly slow for that to be a problem. Battery life appears to be sufficient, and the backlight is great. Just set it on a very solid surface when it calibrates upon startup. The only problem I can see is solvent resistance. Doing an oil pan gasket, the tool got pretty dirty so I cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol, which hazed the screen. Be very careful not to clean it with anything harsh, I'm very upset about hazing mine. I didn't think 70% rubbing alcohol would be a problem, but that's entirely my fault. Wipe new or windshield repair epoxy seems to fix the hazing. This tool is absolutely worth the money. If you work on anything with torque angle fasteners, you owe it to yourself to buy this tool. It's worth every penny for the accuracy, versatility, and ease of use that it offers.

Good solution for most applications .
Seems to work well and is pretty accurate but body positioning plays a big role . When I use this in a comfortable upright position it’s great . If you’re laying on your back and have to use the ratchet back feature it’s kinda challenging . This of course isn’t the fault of the tool just understand that it’s not magical . It works well though and I’d buy it again .

Works great, I love that I can easily Change angles
Works great, I love that I can easily Change angles. Lets me change tools for the space I'm working in. I can use any tool that it will connect to even rachets, racheting wrenches etc due to the ratcheting feature of the tool. Example: I had a angle nut driver (screwdriver for nuts) attached to a metal pipe, placed the brownline onto the pipe and was able to get correct torque angle (checked and verified) This is a must have for everyday technician as myself. General Motors is very specific on fastener specs. i have 32 technicians that work in my shop 26 have it now. The technician were wondering what the beeping noise was and soon as they saw it and found out the low cost, they were online ordering it. No complaints here great invention.

Very accurate; very convenient
If you don't want/need to buy a digital torque wrench with angle torque, this item is great. It really does turn any ratchet or breaker bar into a digital torque angle wrench. I had a project coming up with many torque to yield bolts and had been eyeing this item. I had found one used on eBay for a great price, but did not pull the trigger; I figured eyeballing or using the lisle protractor-dial gauge would be enough. When I finally got to the project (mostly suspension work) I quickly realized that the Lisle gauge was too bulky and awkward in most situations. Also, if you're eyeballing the bolt it, you can lose track easily. Measuring and then using paint marker match marks is a good alternative; however, it becomes very tedious. So I broke down and quickly justified buying this item.It is so easy to use. It has a ratchet memory function so it can keep track of the total angle. And the accuracy is spot on. I still made paint match marks initially and this gauge was always accurate. Found myself trusting this gauge enough that I stopped bothering with the paint marks.

Paper weight......
Ordered in April, ended up down and out with back surgery. Finally back in the game, opened up the package, added batteries, followed directions for calibration, set desired degrees. Again followed directions to the T, and it doesn't work... doesn't read degrees as I move the ratchet.....nothing. now I'm outside the return policy and got porked with $121 smackers. Not impressed...
