Hard to clean.
The floor of the top part is not flat. Almost impossible to properly clean. Also the gasket traps water...I don't know if the gasket can be taken off.

Easy to clean; makes a great cup of espresso; and it's stainless steel! yay. It probably would do best hand washed since the rubber seal ring might be a bit difficult to remove and would probably dry out under dishwasher conditions on a regular basis anyhow. It's ok to hand was even though it boasts machine washable.

Soul is a little more complete
this is an amazing product! Clean design, good pouring function, perfect size for a single/couple of folks. Well constructed. Glad to have this product in my coffee arsenal.
