Good salt, many health benefits
I use this to help get electrolytes back into my system. Put a small pinch under your tongue, let it melt, then drink some water. Great health benefits, and tastes great. Great product and will purchase again! Have also used for cooking and enjoy using it for that as well!!!

Really like this as a substitute for iodized salt. Works great with any food you want salted. It is pretty fine It’s a little bit bigger than iodized salt but it’s no more noticeable in food. Love the taste.In the picture I took the one that’s circled is the Celtic sea salt and the one that’s not circled is I had a salt(normal salt)
