I have only taking the product for under 30 days but I notice certain moments of clarity. This product seem to effect me in different aspect of my life. I work in a high stressful environment. I feel I am able to remember more or recall things I usually have to write down. I feel like my mood is calm and more productive. I have been taking the capsules for about a month now, and I can recognize a difference. I would say my memory is better than it was before I started taking them. I'll be ordering another bottle when this one gets low.
