My smoke trap let’s smoke through I think the filter may be broken, if you move it something rattled around inside.

Hi there, The replacement filter cartridge is not properly installed. Please take the end cap off, and push the replacement filter cartridge until there’s no rattling inside. This will solve the issue. Thank you

How do you actually smoke from it though? I can’t find anything on how to pack it or place a cigarette in it??

Hi Sharon, Here’s how the filter works. You inhale smoke, then exhale the smoke into the filter and clean odorless air will come out. The HEPA + ACTIVATED CARBON filter will eliminate the smoke and smell 🙌
