Prefect replacements, but do not glide well
I've replaced white nylon sliders on several sets of kitchen chairs and 4 bar stools, all on ceramic tiles. The old ones were OEM white nylon that wore down over several years but they slide on the tiles fairly easily. These replacement installed really nicely because the nail is slightly larger in diameter than the original ones which meant they took a slight amount of hammering to seat, but are firmly in place. The notable difference is these "sliders" don't - slide that is. They require the chair or bar stool to be dragged along the floor, at least well more so that with the old nylon factory gliders. That is either a good thing or a bad thing depending on your needs, so be aware. Less gliding means a chair is less likely to slip out from under some one when they stand up - a good thing perhaps, but we drag a couple of bar stools every night from our bar area to a kitchen counter where we can watch TV while we eat and it take noticeably more effort to drag those stool across the floor - not a great thing, but also not a big deal for me. I used to be able to sort of swing a stool around and with it "gliding" over to the counter area, but now there is none of that. I have to drag each stool every inch of the way.I will probably replace these with slicker nylon feet sometime in the future, but that's only because I prefer a more slippery glider. These are probably a safer option for many people, and in any case, they seem well made and installed perfectly so I'm giving them a 5-start review.

Quality item
Worked great on the our wooden dinning chair legs being used on tile. Installed with a rubber mallet.

Good addition to chairs that do not have a chair glide.
Easy to use but had to drill a small hole in chair leg to attach these to my chairs, otherwise the nail would bend. Product as described.

Meet my needs, put them on kitchen chairs that slide on floor tile.

Good value product.
Exactly what I was hoping for. Sturdy and good value. Minus 1 star on Durability as they have only been in service 2 weeks. If they hold up over time, it will be a 5 star rating.

They may glide, but super noisy!
The media could not be loaded. I purchased these in hopes of creating a silent glide as the chairs get pulled out/pushed in. Tired of the fuzzy, felt collecting dog hair and dust. After drilling a small hole into the bottom of the chair and using a rubber mallet, It is definitely more time-consuming than the stick on felt pads. Also easy to bend if you don’t hammer perfect… So now I am one short-go figure. We have tile that looks like wood, and as the chair gets pulled out, it is extremely loud. I have included a video… At 5 AM it echoes through the house as my son has breakfast before school. Product glides, but not sure it is worth the sound… Guessing I cannot return… Would’ve been better for my situation to just replace/clean felt pads more often. Might be better on different surface?
