If you are looking for a good night's rest, this is definitely the product for you. I take two tablets an hour before I go to bed and sleep like a baby!

I had difficulty swallowing these tablets so I switched to capsules. This product has the type of magnesium I wanted to take but just got tired of getting tablets stuck in my throat so if you have difficulty swallowing pills like I do this is not your best option.
