Better fit more absorbent than washable cloth diapers
Newspapers work better and fit better than the hand sewn reusable cloth diapers I have used so many times in the past. When you don't want to have the trouble of laundry and the odor of the laundry instead these are a great option. I find they're absorbent to the extent that most often my dog can go the whole night without leaking from the diaper and without discomfort.

What a sense of relief for me and my dog
A life saver for my sweet little old shiz tzu and me. He is over 14 years old and has started to lose control over his bladder and a little with his bowels. When we are traveling, these diapers are perfect for him. He doesn't seem to mind having it on at all. He has only had an accident in a diaper once, but what a relief it was for me not to worry when we were visiting someone else's home. I didn't have to worry about him having an accident on their floor. The velcro works perfectly and can be removed and reused over and over again if needed. The value is great. My dog weighs 13 lbs, and I bought a size small. It fits him perfectly.

Good quality
Diapers were sturdy and held on better than the ones I got from petsmart. They were a bit smaller than expected, but that was because my frenchy was a bit bigger than usual for her breed.

Diapers work great!
I bought this for my 11lb Maltipoo. Size small. She wears it at night and in the morning when I remove it, urine is there and absorbs well. Fits her well and she sleeps perfect all night with it on. No spills. Will be buying it again.

Good, But Big. Size Disparity
These are good and well-made doggie diapers, and I wish I could keep buying them. However, there is a major sizing disparity for mid to large-size dogs. My dog is 26 pounds, right on the cusp of both the M and LL sizes as they state them. Because the LL size description of the dogs is appropriate for German Shepards, Labs, etc each of which is much bigger than my 26 lbs aging rescued mix-breed, I bought the M size. They were too small and kept sliding off of her because they barely covered her haunches, but they absorbed well and there were no leaks. I decided to buy the LL size since that was the next size up. Big mistake for 2 reasons. One, the LL is huge, and will work for big dogs as stated. But the leap from the M size to LL is ridiculous. The picture shows what I mean, with the enormous LL on the left, and the M size on the right. Second, the price difference is staggering. The MM package has 32 for $21. Very reasonable. The price of the LL package is $29 and I didn't think to look at how many it contained on the assumption it would be the same. Shame on me because it wasn't even close to 32 of them. There were only 5 diapers in the package! That's almost $6 each! I estimate the M size to be for dogs only up to 20 lbs, and the LL size should have a low-end fit for dogs of about 55-60 lbs. Hartz needs to make a size or two within that gap and adjust the high-end pricing.

Leaks poop out the tail hole and pee out the top
Our male dachshund mix is 14 year old and incontinent. I was excited to try these and they seemed to work at first and contained the poop the first few times but now it's only half the time. Poop gets out through the tail hole as it's way too big. I started taping halfway up the tail hole and also on the top where it has slits but half of the poop still leaked out of the diaper through the tail hole. Also the diaper slips down so he ends up urinating on the floor. I started putting a cloth male wrap over the diaper to catch the leaks. These diapers are pretty worthless unless possibly for female dogs, but they do not cover my male dog even though I have the straps on tight enough.

The Best
Best fitting and absorbent diaper for tiny dog. I tried several brands and this was by far the best for my 3.7 lb yorkie. Provided comfort until we said goodbye.
