Q: My pan has stains that won't come off. Any recommended products for stubborn stains?

I'm sorry but I haven't experience any staining on my pan ... and I use it fairly regularly. Do I don't have proven solutions to offer. You may want to try a little baking soda and gently rub it into the stain and rinse.

Q: I have had my pan a year now and the center has gotten brown. I use a induction cook top. Is this normal?

All non stick coatings can burn and degrade if the heat gets too high. My pan lasted a few years before I accidentally did this and the non stick doesn't work as well after. This can happen with any color surface, you just see it more on the white of this pan. If you are going to be cooking something in oil at high heat, you shouldn't be using ANY non stick pan or it could get ruined.
