I like the effort put on this great work. It would be great if the transcription is also in Tamizh.

Many mistakes in translation. The author had a prejudice in certain slokas based on his experience. Instead of translating the facts as stated by Pulippani Siddar.

I bought this item as a new item and paid the $5 extra specifically because I wanted a new product. I received my product and it’s used. I would like some kind of refund!

The book claims, the work was by a Munivar and is 3000 years old... But the author failed to prove his claim! As no source (moolam) was detailed. The publisher was only busy praising the author and has given a reference only on that.The Tamil language used also belongs to 17th century or later, because in Prayer, the Tamil version calls Tamil God Murugan as Kandan, while Kandan is not same Lord Murugan (more details here in this review is not possible because we have to in deep about Baktha Sabaikal of Saivites) and hence at the very beginning, it proves it's the author's own methods of astrology and nothing to do with any Munivar.

Pro:This book defines basics to advanced astrological concepts and rules. Its a guide for those who are trying to learn astrology.Cons:1. The book translates tamil verses to English. There are mistakes in the translation. For those who can't understand tamil, some points could be easily misunderstood or mislead.2. The book was folded during packing or transit. This was disappointing.

Nice to have it, shlokas in tamil language.

Quoting the poems while telling predictions adds weight and authority just like quoting shlokas adds weight while giving spiritual talks.
