Unfortunately, it snapped across the long side on the 2nd day. In all honesty, I don’t think it was the fault of the maker. Our dog jumped on my knee and the tray was at a bad angle and it twisted and then broke when I tried to straighten it

Product as expected and first class seller
I had an issue with the product that was obviously caused during delivery. This company is great. Within a few hours of contacting them and few emails, they made things better. Lovely tray
A really solid and well built product. Sure it will last for ages and be of a really big help to my elderly mum.

Poor quality
Nice item, but poor quality. Wood edge came apart within less that two weeks of using!

Lap tray good choice of designs.
I was expecting the tray to be larger than it was, but it does the job fine. It is a padded tray, with a slight lip at the edges and soes what it is meant to do!

Needs more cushion
Nice trays but need more beads to make it ‘cushiony’ - I can feel the tray on my legs when a plate is on it.
