Obie-Cue's Smooth Moove BBQ Rub and Jerky Mix (14.3 oz)

A friend of mine recommended this BBQ rub and this is all I use. It is great for bacon, ribs, and brisket!

I use a lot of rubs in my cooking but none has exceeded my expectations like this smooth move. I use it on everything from beef to fish to pork. It does not disappoint. Highly recommend

Just made a huge batch of jerky this weekend with "London Broil" . Used this as the primary flavor ingredient, along with some Worcestershire and Soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, Prague powder, and a couple other items. Used a meat grinder and Jerky Gun to "shoot" strips onto drying racks, and that was followed by a long session in my smoker.WONDERFUL flavorful results!! Absolutely delicious! The jerky had a great depth of flavor with just a little warmth.Brought a batch into the office, and everyone loves it! Made a Teriyaki version, a spicy Chipotle Pepper version, and the Smooth Moove BBQ version, and this was definitely the best of the three!Looking forward to making lots more jerky with this, as well as using it as a rub for pork ribs, brisket, etc., in the smoker throughout the summer. Expecting a LOT of good eating to come!

I love barbecue rubs and I've loved other rubs from Obie-Cue so I was willing to pay the increased price for this one. It's not very good and definitely NOT good enough to be more expensive than some of their other amazing products.

Had to stock back up on the Smoooooth Moooooove --- been out for awhile --- but no disaster as I always have a few bottles of his great spices in my cabinet. You can't go wrong with any of the spice flavors Obie makes and sells. Order them ALL. You will not be disappointed. Reminds me, I need to go out and light up the stick burner real soon to use some of this great stuff! ****** (6 Stars!)
