My Elven ears hear..
I've read some reviews about how they're a little hard to get on, but with some practice they aren't too bad. My ears are very small, so if I was able to get them on, I think most people could as well. They seemed to stay on pretty well, though I haven't really ran around with them on. Might have to do another review after I'm more active with them on.The only criticism I would have straight out the gate, is the color. They're very light, so you'd definitely have to add makeup or something to them for them to look more realistic. Or just cover most of the ear with a wig, whatever floats your boat.

It's okay ...
You get what you payed for right ? The ears are quite on the thick side and don't have that realistic skin tone tint like it shows on the picture. They are difficult to put on and look unnatural unless you cover the seem with your hair or wig. Though it serves it's purpose.

Fits Perfect and Holds on Well!
I just received my new ears and they fit perfectly and look very realistic! I plan to touch up the edge between my ears and the new ones with flex flesh or scarring liquid. The texture looks easy to care for and wipe away the flex flesh between uses.Awesome!

Stiff, shaped weird at the hairline
They are too thick and stiff. The part at the hairline is shaped weird and liquid latex isn't going to make it lay down on the skin because they don't even touch the skin there to allow for gluing. I am going to have build up the little hollow/concave space with something in order to have skin contact

Cool
They are a wee bit hard to get on a squirming kid, but they look great! We may need some liquid latex to keep them on.

Lady Spock agrees that these were quite practical
These were great! I bought the Spirit Halloween adhesive to use with these and I didn't end up ever actually needing to use it! They fit wonderfully over my ears with no issue. I rule 63'd Spock and my black bob wig was able to cover everything but the tips of the ears so that you couldn't ever see the prosthetic/my ear and I also didn't need to recolor them due to this either. Overall, they worked out awesomely!

Buy if you want, be warned though.
These were super cheap and with that, you get what you pay for. These ears were so small. Super uncomfortable and from a fx artist, nothing I used on these would hold. They look ridiculously unrealistic. I mean, I get it, fantasy but these look just awful. After a few experiments with them, they were discarded in the waste bin.

These worked well for me. They stayed on without using adhesive. I was Marceline for Halloween so painted my face and painted these to match. I pulled a little peice of hair in front of my ears to so you couldn't see where these met my ear.
