This the best tasting Biryani Masala I have used
This the best tasting Biryani Masala I have used. I found this out after using many other brands. When I cook I also cook for my grand children as well, and found that this Biryani does not have the heat in it that children cannot eat but enough to hold the taste of a true Biryani Masala.

Okay so I use this for my classic biryani recipe and it's great blend of spices. I highly recommend.

Its not fine grounded , I at least found 300 ttpepper balls in one packet

Best Biryani masala
I have tried many biryani masalas and I just had this packet at home for a long time amd tried it. After trying shan, eastern, wet and dry mixes, I must say this is the only masala that has given me the real restaurant taste. I was pleasantly surprised. Also, this says mutton biryani on it but I cooked chicken biryani with it and it was amazing. I see a. 1 star review saying there were lot of.peppers in ti. that is true, but I kinda liked it. maybe it's a matter of preference. Well, I maymyself consider hiving it a little grind next time for thr peppers but I wonder if it'll throw away the taste. Overall, im gonna perfect my biryani recipe with this masala. Will probably try the regular MDH biryani also (non mutton) next time. But, I highly recommend this one
