I originally received a damaged bread box, with the box being bent out of shape, the lid was a 1/2 inch to small and the shipping box completely destroyed and not packaged appropriately. So I contacted the company and they responded within a few hours. Patrick worked immediately to rectify the issues and contacted Amazon to send out a new product. There were computer issues on Amazon's end which kept saying the order was unfillable, when in fact it was not. Patrick kept me completely informed and sent me all the supporting documentation. I definitely couldn't ask for better customer service...and honestly have never received better. Now on to the product... After it taking a while to receive the replacement (Amazon's fault), I finally received my product on Nov. 2 and this time it was packaged appropriately. The bread box is perfectly shaped, the lid fits and there's no damage whatsoever. It's exactly what I was looking for and looks great in my kitchen, it organizes my breads and looks neat. The box is taller than a normal bread box, so I am able to fit a lot in it. I recommend this product for anyone who is looking to store a lot bread and other items, like bagels, rolls and muffins, without taking up a ton of extra space on your counter top.

I definitely recommend this product. It's big enough for more than one bread product and homemade breads yet leaves you with space on the counter. It has a very attractive design and is also easy to clean. Mine did come with a tiny dent but it doesn't hinder the usefulness. Would make a great gift as well!

Love everything about this! Although at first I thought it was big and bulky! Now I love how it it fits one loaf of bread I just bake today and Naan bites patch and other goodies! It looks amazing next to my white mixer! And Matching everything else on my counter ! It also keeps the bread fresh longer because in the fridge it always goes stale literally in a day! So it’s been amazing to not have to store in a bag! The most amazing feature was to have a cutting board in it so when you wanna cut a piece of bread you don’t have to go looking and have as separate bread solely for bread!

I love this bread box. Looks great, is a good size and the cutting board that fits in the bottom is a nice touch. My only complaint is the very poor way it’s packed-just thrown in a cardboard box and shipped. No padding or protection whatsoever so as many others have said, mine came dented. Fortunately for me, the 2 dents are on a back corner and so aren’t noticeable the way I have it sitting on my counter. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the poor packaging.

We were looking for bread box perfect for our kitchen decor and big enough for our homemade bread. After much searching, this was perfect. Loved the dimensions of the box and the print on the outside. It fits all sizes of homemade goodies and I can place extras in it.

Good quality, holds over 2 loafs of bread Seals very well. Looks good.
