Lots of social media talks about food grade level for various uses. This is the percentile and food grade level many of the reels suggest you use.

I really like this product. There are so many practical ways to use it. I use it daily to brush my teeth. I went to the dentist recently and my hygenist comment that there was barely any buildup and my gums look good. I have slight peridontal so its important that I floss daily, I sometimes floss in-between meals. I have also used it on a rash and wow it has helped it heal so quickly. It took away the itchy feeling right away. This a staple and I will continue to buy this product.

Grade product, Many applications. But be careful I also use colloidal Silver as well to keep health tip top. Long story short I use made to eye droppers one with the silver and one with the Hp 3 %. Silver works wonders for they eyes when its pollen season. But by mistake i use the Hp 3 percent and lets just say i know ASAP that i used the wrong solution. After i washed my eyes out. I notice that my vision was much more clear and the floaters i had in my eyes all but vanished. Not going to try it again that for sure ( in the eyes) but great product.

Good product

I use it in the morning for a mouthwash I hold it for five minutes, maybe longer, are use a quarter ounce every time. Or just about two years now, it has firmed up my gums immensely, 3% food grade only. Very happy.
