Sheep Dog and Sheep Sheep: Baaad Hair Day

We have a sheep dog and I cannot wait to read this book to my daughter while our sheepie stands guard! Write more! They are fantastic

Having bred and owning Old English sheepdogs, I give this book for baby gifts and friends grandkids. The girls all love Sheepsheep. These books are great for young children!

Usually a sequel is not as good as the first, but, for me, I like this one better than the first SHEEP DOG & SHEEP SHEEP. So many funny moments- water chickens, "Why didn't you look where I was going?", walking through cow poop since Sheep can't see. Humor was spot-on for me, and I would have no trouble reading this again and again to a child.Perfect book for a kid's first haircut! :)

I like the idea of the sheep dog. He is charming. But this story line is a disappointment. It tells as if the lamb didn't know she or the sheep ever get hair cuts. She lives on a farm and ducks are new to her. Like she never seen ducks before. What could have been sweet and entertaining turned out more to be a struggle to like it. I thought the writer missed on the entire story , until the end.

Oh my goodness! Our family loves these books. Sheep is so silly and adorable. And sheepdog is so kind and cute. We laugh all the way through them.(because of other reviews… I am saying that sheep is definitely a new lamb, and new to the farm. Because she is the only lamb/sheep on the farm she does not know about shearing day.)She loves her wool so she does not want it cut. And tries to hide. But then she learns that it will grow back, and she is excited to go.A definite must have! Cannot wait for more!If you are questioning if you want it or not… You can look it up on YouTube and watch it being read.
