LONG STORY SHORT: Great dust collection solution for your average, at-home wood shop. I'm a hobbyist and DIYer, so a commercial dust collection system would be major overkill, but this system is wonderful for keeping the dust manageable in my garage/woodshop. The quick clip system and multiple adapters make it super easy to switch from one tool to the next, and keep the power tools runnin. I've got adapters on my DeWALT Miter saw, my battery powered Circular saw, and my batter powered Sander. Just take the vacuum hose from one, and clip it to the next. PROS: -Quick Clip system is awesome, so you're not shoving a rubber connector on to every tool, just unclip, and re-clip into the next one. -Hose connector is designed to allow the hose to spin freely, so the hose isn't twisting as you change angles (most noticeable on the sander) -Long 16 foot hose makes it easy to leave your shop vac relatively in one place, and be able to reach multiple tools. -Air relief valve, and adjustment collar on each adapter. Prevents getting stuck on a tool. -Super easy to connect and disconnect. CONS: -Not really a con, but I wish they had sets that had more adapters for a specific type of tool line. For example, maybe you could get a 16ft hose with a "Dewalt style" adapter set. or "Milwaukee style" adapter set that works with most of their tools. I have a couple adapters that I don't have uses for at the moment. CONCLUSION: Buy it. It's reasonably priced, and REALLY helps cut down on the dust you kick up while working in your garage wood shop. **Shop Vac not included.

This is a great kit for the home owner /Diyer who dosen't have the room or need for a dedicated dust collection system. This is just what I was looking for to turn my shop vac into a dust collector. I have the Ridgid 11 gallon smart cart shop vac and this kit fits and works great with it. I just disconnect the factory ridgid shop vac hose and connect Cen-Tec hose. The fixed connector on one end of the hose fits into the shop vac port perfectly. The other end of the hose has a quick connect fitting that allows you to connect one of the different sized adapters. Now I can use my shop vac as a dust collector for my DeWalt 10" contractor table saw, my 12" miter saw and all my other hand tools that have a dust extraction port. The adaptors are made from a flexible rubber that stretch slightly to allow you to tightly fit them over the port on your tool. I like that the hose is a smaller diameter than my shop vac hose. The smaller diameter produces a very strong suction at the tool end. Plus the inside of the hose is smooth so your debris and dust will not get stuck in the hose like they do on a regular ribbed hose. I am glad I purchased this kit. It works great for my situation.

I bought this hose and coupler system to help with dust when sanding my kitchen cabinets. It fits a Dewalt orbital sander perfectly and also fit perfectly with my Vac master Beast. If I had to guess, I imagine it was about 80% dust reduction from sanding, which is great for a DIYer. I also realized the extra sizes that they included will fit my regular vacuum hose attachments so now I'll be able to clean my car out with ease because the hose is flexible and easy to maneuver. Happy with the quality so far, it's new though so time will tell. Instructions were not included so I had to reference other review photos but figured it out quickly from there as I was originally trying to connect the wrong side of the hose to the vacuum. Only included this info to help save someone a couple minutes of trouble shooting. Highly recommend this based on functionality, compatibility, and ease of use once connected! Also the couplers click in and out effortlessly once you put them on correctly.

I use this attached to our shop vac to caccum the carpeted basement steps. Plenty long enough and with the adapters I'm able to connect to our shop vac and put a brush attachment on. Sure beats trying to drag a vaccum up and down the steps.

FANTASTIC !!! This is great and wish I had purchased sooner! Wasn't sure about the connections but this was the perfect fit! I attached my Mikita 5" RA sander to a new Ridgid shop vac. You'll get multiple tool connections which is great if you have different brands. The hose connector piece slipped right onto my sander exhaust port and remained there from friction. I put a hose clamp around it as I sand a lot of contour edges and moving the sander did cause the hose to come off-but that would be expected as much as I move. The hose clamp solved that. I like that there's a quick disconnect from the hose at the sander port so you can quickly and easily use to vacuum if/when needed. This is a great setup.

This is a great hose system. Use it with my rigid Shopvac and several different tools. It’s nice to use in my garage where I don’t have access to my dust collection system. It’s easier to maneuver than an OEM hose too, as it’s more flexible. Length is perfect, I’d totally buy it again. I don’t regret this purchase for a second.

This hose fits perfectly from my Hart 6-gallon 5 peak HP shop vac to my Festool sander. The quick-click connection makes switching tools super easy, and the suction is excellent. No air leaks, no hassle—just a solid, well-made hose that does exactly what it’s supposed to. Highly recommend for anyone looking to connect different brand tools for dust collection!

Good hose. Flexible and lightweight enough to be easily used with a sander and router. Adapter also fit my miter and jig saws. 20ft may be a little bit long for my small garage shop but who knows. Quick connector on hose work end is easy to use but plastic is thin and looks fragile. I have doubts about its durability if the hose is accidentally dropped. So, I printed king of guard from TPU filament and put it on hose before quick connector. Design you can see on attached image. It is very simple. 2mm wall thickness is enough to pass drop test without contact between quick connector and floor.

I love that you can leave the connector on each power tool and it clicks and locks so well. The hose fit my Ridgid dust vac really well. Overall, a great product. I ordered the 16' hose/attachment option but returned it for the 10' hose/attachment option as 16' wasn't necessary in my little shop. Thank you for the ease of return and a great product.

It's a bit pricy but you get a lot for your money. I have it on a few tools now and still have some spare connections left for any future tool I want to add.
