I’ve been taking the NOW Foods Vitamin K-2 MK-4 100 mcg capsules daily for about two months, and it’s become a solid part of my supplement routine. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on my stomach. Important: Vitamin K-2 is a must to manage the proper deposition of the calcium in one's bones rather than their blood vessels and tissues, particularly if one is taking Vitamin D. Unfortunately, this knowledge has been slow to circulate to people once they are diagnosed with low Vitamin D. Pro-tip, you also need to take magnesium (a co-factor for Vitamin D). As a health-conscious consumer, I trust the NOW brand to meet high quality standards while maintaining affordability. I find them easy to swallow and easy to remember to take. Keep in mind, you will not notice a difference solely from taking this supplement, but you will notice a difference in energy and perhaps other areas when you take it in concert with the other supplements I mentioned.

Seems like a good product.

Pro/Con: I find swallowing it simple and easy enough to use. No scent or taste that I can detect. This is supposed to help calcium get to the bones and absorbed where it is needed, rather than depositing into areas it shouldn't. Especially important for seniors along with Vitamin D3, Magnesium, and Zinc. I can't comment on effects on mood, energy, or skin benefits that some claim as I just added this to my supplements that I take daily, other than it wasn't my primary reason for using this. I'll be sure and update this review if I experience those benefits though!
