Loose Lid
Lid is very easy to come off compared to my other tumblers. It’s loose, it’s not nice and snug like these lids should be.

Great value! But measurements not as pictured
I have ordered the set of 4 multiple times and would recommend this tumblers. They are a good value for the price but on my 4th time purchasing the set I noticed that they are no longer slim straight. As picturedthey are tapered slightly and for certain designs I would rather it measure the same all the way around. The product dimensions are wrong just in case you need a slim straight tumbler. But other than that, highly recommend!

Ehhhh average
The actual item is ok but it was delivered late and the box inside the package was damaged somehow. It was a next day shipping and my usual distributor takes 3-5 days. I needed a cup in a pinch since I sell custom tumblers. I typically reuse the box to ship or deliver cups to customers. This one i will obviously have to find a new package for since the bottom will not support the weight of cup. I don't want to remake a cup design due to faulty packaging. I'll stick with my usual distributor even with longer ship times.

Came bent
I poured my coffee in the cup and took a sip only to have hot coffee spill down the front of me... one of the cups was bent a little bit so the top does not fit properly... other than that, the second cup works fine and stays warm for a couple of hours

Straw too short
Straw too short. If you have your own straws this may work. I could barely believe the included straw was at least 1 1/2 inches too short. No way to easily drink from this without replacing straw

4 pack
If you need a box, straw, straw cleaner and tumble you will need to order singles. The four pack does not contain individual boxes and they only include two straw cleaners.Straws could be a little longer. Sometimes the lids don’t fit snug.
