I’ve tried almost every product of this sort available in the US, to little avail. Salon pas patches are fairly helpful, but the patches have a very strong smell and they tend to roll up a bit. Someone recommended Biofreeze to me and it has been a game-changer for my back and knee pain. I like the roll-on application. There’s a faint smell while it’s drying but that doesn’t seem to linger once it’s dry. It provides powerful and long-lasting relief! The first time I used it on my back I didn’t have to re-apply for two days and I’ve significantly reduced the amounts of Tylenol and ibuprofen I take. Give it a try - and the price is right, too.

The best product for pain. I have been using this for over 20 years and always keep a bottle or two around. They make good gifts for those who have pain and do not know, they do not have to.

I feel like the spray is more effective but this is convenient and good to carry with you.

Whatever I get pain in my neck, I use it mostly for that and it really does a great job so if you have morning, neck problems, I highly recommend it
