Tourna Pro Thin Tennis Replacement Grip 1.25mm

I like to feel the bevels and prefer a thin grip. If you like those features, this is a fantastic grip. I don’t use an over grip on it, and it keeps nicely through a warm session.

Great thin grip for pickleball. Thin so you feel the grooves.

Super thin, but after a couple of weeks of 3x per week playing has held up well. Also, is tacky, not slippery. Allows me to get and keep a firm grip on my racket. Was able to completely wrap the handle of my Yonex extended length racket with a bit of material to spare. Liked the feel of this grip much better than the Yonex extended length replacement grip.

Recently bought a 2020 Babolat Pure Aero VS with 4 1/4 grip size (my normal grip size) but due to the stock babolat grip that came with, it was unusually still thick for me. I've searched online for the thin replacement grip and i gave a shot trying this tourna 1.25mm grip. This replacement grip definitely reduced grip size and it was perfect fit for me. Just one iffy thing is the adhesion of inner tape that goes around your bare tennis racquet handle. I recommend placing this tourna 1.25mm grip with little more force than what you usually do with other grips.

This grip is exactly what I wanted. It reduced the size of my grip on my pickleball paddle from 4.5" to 4.3". It was very easy to install and feels great.

The width is good for reducing the grip size, but the two sided tape to assist in installation had no stickiness, so it was not usable to ease installation. I’m debating returning it. I assume this defective item was a bad luck exception based on the large number of positive reviews it has received.

I like to be able to feel the flats of my racket handle and these grips do a good job of allowing that. You can always build up the grip with overgrips if this doesn't suit you.

Initially I was sure they had given me a left handed grip to wrap in the opposite direction as one edge seemed to be the natural edge to overlay the other. But after spending a long time experimenting without removing the sticky back sheet, it worked really well and looks good. It didn't really need an overgrip for me, but I have a pack of 3 Head ones that work really well with it and should take any wear.
