AcousticSheep RunPhones Wireless Headphones (Swift Black, Medium)

Based on some of the reviews, I didn't expect much. I have owned and used a pair of the corded version of the AcousticSheep SleepPhones for several years. They've always worked OK for me but I wanted to use something that I didn't have to worry about getting tangled in during the night.I have to tell you that I have been VERY pleasantly surprised. Yes, the speakers move around the inside of the headband (just like the SleepPhones units do...) and yes, the Bluetooth receiver/control unit is a bit big and stiff but for what it does, it's actually pretty small. If you're a side sleeper like me, simply take it out of the headband and put it back in/move it to the side you don't sleep on (or at least start off lying on) and you really won't notice it.The biggest pleasant surprise for me was that the unit seems to go into some type of sleep mode itself once the music source stops, thus conserving the battery's charge. I use the wireless unit almost every night playing a 1-hour Holosync program that helps me drift off (I'm a lifetime chronic insomniac) and the battery charge lasts me at least a week - really more like TWO weeks but I don't want to set any false expectations if your mileage varies. It doesn't take long at all to recharge the unit either. A couple hours and done.I did find that the RunPhones ironically are hotter to wear than the fleece SleepPhones. Also, while they both tend to stretch over time and fit more loosely, the RunPhones headband seems to permanently stretch easier than the fleece headband. So what I've done recently is swap the speakers and control unit so now the wired headband is the RunPhones and the wireless is the fleece SleepPhones headband. Works like a charm!If you really want them to stay secure, perhaps order a set one size smaller than you think you need. I got the "Medium - One Size Fits Most" size and found it a little large at onset (I wear a 7&5/8 hat size - not a super large noggin...) and with the stretch factor, they move around a bit more than I'd like. If they go on sale again, I'm gonna order the Small size wired unit and swap out the innards to see how that works. They work so well, I bought the wife a pair as well when they were on sale (like $10 off)But overall, I am way happier than expected and give these a high recommendation!

Good product and sounds great. Although, it's a little difficult to get to the module to charge it. And over time, it can move around. It's especially difficult for the "non-technical" who aren't really familiar with pulling it out, charging it, etc. Overall, we like the product.

Tried it for a few days, had problems pairing with my iPhone from time to time. The RunPhones kept sliding up as I was running. I ended up returning it because I could buy another headset with a MICROPHONE for a cheaper price

These head sets are incredible for blocking out noise, ringing in your ears, someone snoring. It can cause an immediate ease and calmness from tensions. Free White Noise app online with sounds of a soft brook, beac and ocean waves, etc. You will able to sleep with partner😊. I have the blue tooth well worth it no wires to connect.

This item was not as promised. The phones do not stay put when running. They slip & fall down & constantly need readjusted.

I ordered the runphone, but I received the sleep phone instead. It plays music, but has a lot of interference. Most of all, it doesn't answer calls. The reason I ever bought this was so I could answer calls while I was running and listening to Pandora.

They came out with a new module after I got this. This one is very difficult to access the module. That is my only complaint. Being wireless it works well with all the winter garb that Minnesota requires you wear during the winter.
