Yes, the small frame of myopia, hyperopia, sunglasses can wear underneath these safety goggles.

Q: Do these glasses protect you from virus particles?

not fully. It isn't fully air sealed, but it does reduce the chances of somebody's split hitting you in the eye. I wear it all the time when outside over my prescription glasses. What it does protect is it prevents me from touching my eyes with my hands. Also, because it does shield your eyes, I find I don't find I need to touch my eyes because it itches. My brother an nurse, wears this at work.

Q: are these OSHA certified?

No information came with the glasses. It comes apart easily but does snap back. Not a very good quality product. I would try the poly carbonate ones that cost a little more and made in the US.
