This dish spray is incredibly effective on grease and stuck on food. A quick spray, let it sit for a minute, and food residue on pans and pots loosens and slides right off with minimal effort. It has made everyday dishwashing much faster. One unexpected bonus is how well it works on small oil and grease stains in clothing. I have used it on spot stains, just spray, gently rub it in, then rinse with water, and it lifts the stain surprisingly well. This has been especially helpful with small kids and for keeping my work clothes looking clean. I accidentally purchased the apple scented version, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The scent is light and fresh, not overpowering at all. Overall, this is a powerful, versatile dish soap that does more than just clean dishes.

This stuff is FABULOUS!!! I have it on auto-ship because I never ever want to run out of it. It is so handy to just spray on a dish right when you get finished with it and it even entices my son and husband to WASH THEIR OWN DISHES!!! It will loosen dried on food if you wet the dish/pan and spray on and let it sit a bit. It is a good size, I keep it right by the sink and it doesn’t take up much space and one bottle lasts quite awhile, probably 2 weeks for our household. I spot clean with it too. It does however, take color out of some fabrics, so watch out for that. If you haven’t tried it yet, you are missing out.

I purchased this product to help clean grease and grime off my kitchen stove, and it worked really well. It cut through the buildup effectively and made cleaning much easier than I expected. While the lemon scent wasn’t my personal favorite, the product itself performed great and ended up being useful for more than just the stove. I also used it for washing dishes, which was a nice bonus. I really liked the packaging and how easy it was to use—no hassle and very convenient. Overall, this is a solid, effective cleaner, and I would definitely recommend it to others for its convenience and ease of use.

've used Dawn dish soap for years, and its grease-cutting ability continues to be impressive. A small amount really goes a long way, and it still performs better than most other dish soaps I've tried—especially when it comes to baked-on grease or oily pans. It's also versatile; I've used it to pretreat laundry stains and even for cleaning around the house. That said, the new formula (or maybe just the fragrance?) is noticeably different from what I remember. The scent is much stronger and more perfumey than before. While I personally didn’t mind it too much, I can see how it could be overwhelming for people who are sensitive to smells. It also seems to linger longer on dishes, especially plastic containers or lids. One other thing I noticed: the consistency seems slightly thinner than it used to be. I still find it effective, but I do end up using a bit more than I used to for the same job. Good! One of my must have cleaning supplies. This Dawn Power spray is not limited to dishes. I use it in a quick pinch to clean counters, sinks, walls, toilets, bathtubs, whatever. Works especially nice on grubby tubs or shower stalls as it breaks down soaps and scum. But for dishes? For every day washing it is fine., though I will often just grab for regular liquid soap (also Dawn, of course!). For the baked on nasties, then I grab for this power spray. I like to spray it on directly, and not bother with adding water to it. If it is real bad, I may reapply and let sit even longer. I dont think it works as well if the pan is made wet then this is sprayed on, or if this is sprayed on then water is added. If I am going to add any water, it will be after the pan (or whatever) has had chance to sit with just this on it for a little bit. Basically, dont dilute if you dont have to. Totally gobbles up grease no problem. I buy a multi pack here or from a membership warehouse, but if need be I buy directly from the grocery store. But best price [er bottle is going to be with the 1st two options. I never ever bother with other brands of similar style (like Gain). Just doesnt work as well in my opinion. And I will never bother with a DIY dupe because it just wont work the same. May work in general, but if you want legit Dawn powder wash spray, then just buy it when it is on sale and stock up. I love how Dawn comes out with variuos seasonal scents, but overall I always come back to the basic "fresh scent".

Overall: This Dawn Powerwash spray has become one of my favourite cleaning products in the kitchen. It’s not only great for washing dishes and pots, but it also works really well on the stovetop and around the sink. Just spray, let it sit for a moment, and most grease wipes away very easily. Cons: • The bottle uses product quite quickly if you spray a lot, so it can feel a bit expensive compared with regular dish soap. • The scent is a little strong right after spraying, which some people might not like in a small kitchen. Pros: • Very effective on greasy dishes, pans and baking trays – especially when you don’t want to soak them for a long time. • Works on multiple surfaces like the stovetop and backsplash, so you can clean the whole cooking area with one product. • The spray bottle is easy to use and covers a wide area evenly. • Saves time: spray, wait a short moment, and then everything rinses off quickly. Suggestions for improvement: • A more economical refill option or larger refill bottle would be great for people who use it every day. • A lighter-scent or fragrance-free version would be nice for those who are sensitive to strong smells.

I bought this product as I had an amazon gift card, I dont know if I'd have been willing to pay the full price (which is as high as it is because it has to be imported to the UK from the US rather than being made by P&G here in the UK), however my curiosity was strong enough as two of the most trustworthy guides on instagram (Cleanthatup for cleaning and Jeeves NY for laundry) both made frequest use of this product so I decided to give it a go. It arrived in proper packaging nicely sealed and wrapped so you knew it was the real product. Having tested it out I can see why it is so popular in the US. The spray nozzel is the best 'foaming' nozzel I've seen on any spray bottle allowing for an even coverage and zero splashback. The product itself is a good degreaser when you need to either treat a surface where you cant use Fairy Liquid in water as its too wet or where you want a mild cleaning agent. I've used stronger degreasers before, but you need to understand this is strong but without being caustic or damaging and unlike regular Dawn liquid (or Fairy as it would be here in the UK) the extra ingredients in this power spray mean it can get to work a bit faster and without the need for 'agitation' to start to remove the mess from whatever surface it is on. The foam style delivery system makes it idean if you need to spray and let it 'sit' without dripping off. It works very well as a pre-treatment agent for laundry too as per the other use I bought it for, I had some very delicate pillow covers where ordinary laundry pods were not removing the greasy texture so I pre-treated with this before washing and it did the job with zero damage. The scent is very fresh and mild. I'd definately buy again, not sure how long the product will last, I intent to use it only when totally needed given the price, but the kit does include two bottles and after getting all the jobs I bought it for done I've used about a 1/3 of the first bottle. Overall I think this is a case of 'does what its supposed to' and, if like me, you see lots of trusted US-based experts sharing this as part of the products they use for cleaning tasks its worth giving it a go to replicate exactly what they are using rather than risking an alternative so long as you dont mind the price. Very happy to give it 5 stars.
