MTR Chana Masala is flavored with coriander powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, cumin powder, fenugreek powder, dry ginger powder and other savory ingredients. Suitable for vegetarian. We have been heating oil, adding some of the spice mix, then quickly sauteing various nuts, previously soaked and dehydrated to remove most of the phytic acid, and it is delicious. I also have been using it in general cooking. Yum. Review: Very good flavor - Tastes great! But for the love of all that’s holy, pay attention to the directions! Unsure where my brain went the first time I made Chana Masala, but I used *almost the whole packet* with 60oz of Chana. NOT a good idea if you still want to taste anything for a few days. 2tbs worked out much better the second time around.

Great taste and easy to use.
This is the best spice of its kind I have found. Really adds a great flavor to Indian foods. One thing I thought was odd, is it had signature required on it. I was not home when it was delivered so that did cause some inconvenience. Seems like overkill for a product at this price point. Other than that it's a great product.
