Worked to remove skin tag.
I'm so happy I decided to try this. I have had a few skin tags on my neck since I was pregnant with my son 22 years ago; one was rather large and it would frequently catch on my shirt collars or necklaces and get irritated and sting a little. I decided to search Amazon for skin tag removers and came across this device, and I saw that it uses acupuncture needles. As a licensed acupuncturist, I love finding acupuncture devices I haven't tried before. So I decided to order this and give it a try.It was delivered a couple days ago, but I watched a few videos first so I could see how to use it before using it this morning. It took me a few tries to figure out what setting to use, which ended up being a 9 for the skin tag I removed, and I was able to completely remove the skin tag in about 5 minutes. The 5 minute time includes the few passes I did first when I was figuring out what level to use. Also, I used the larger tip that goes directly into the pen, not the thinner acupuncture needle that you need the included adapter for.It really didn't hurt, it felt like if you accidentally zapped yourself with a bug zapper at first, and there was no bleeding. I did have some redness and slight stinging on my neck for about 20 minutes afterward. You can see a little smoke and smell a burning hair/skin smell, but I think that's to be expected because you are literally burning the skin. I usually don't handle pain well, so I put a small amount of Sea & Ski Coolest Burn Relief with aloe and lidocaine on the treatment area before and after the tag removal just in case.So far, I am extremely happy with the result and I plan on using this for other spots I want to get rid of.

Totally works!
I have a few small skin tags and moles that have annoyed me for years. I’ve wanted to try this for ages, so I finally got it. Read many reviews so I generally knew what to expect.Obviously, it’s purpose is to burn the skin off...so of course, it’s gonna sting. I have a relatively low pain tolerance, so I bought numbing cream, (5% lidocaine). Once thoroughly numb, I went over 2 tiny skin tags and two small moles. I felt a burning with the initial few passes a tiny bit, but got used to it quickly. Over the next few days, the burn spots scabbed over and sloughed off.The skin tags are now gone! The moles are still somewhat there, but no longer have the top color layer. I’m going to go continue to use it until they are completely gone.100% recommend!

Wait, what?? I don’t know why I didn’t decide on this device a long time ago. It does sting because it’s burning skin, what did you expect?!? My hardest part is my hand stability which is only my fault. I burned an area of healthy skin bc my hand jumped 🤪🔥 Even after applying lidocaine Is going to burn but don’t be a chicken!

Good for small mole removal
Seems to work on small moles.I bought this to remove a fee moles to make room for some more tattoos I want. I called a dermatologist and estimated $1000 for 2 moles removed. I contemplated taking a razor to them until I found this. Here I documented one treatment of one more. The other mole was slightly bigger and I think will need a second treatment. I don’t think I got it as well as I did the pictures mole on the first go.This device comes with multiple very sharp tips. It also seems to hold a good charge. I suspect I could burn my whole arm on one charge. It applies an electrically burn to the area so the first couple hits is a bit shocking but just suck it up and run it. Try to apply a good even burn and let it heal. For me it took about 3-4 weeks to fully heal.I recommend it over paying outrageous amounts to a dermatologist. Just keep the wound clean and watch for infections.

Amazing!!
I am a Black woman (mentioned due to scars on dark skin) in my early 40s. I have had DPNs on my face for many years. They seemed to get worse over the years. I hated those moles on my face. I finally decided to search Amazon since they have everything. I refused to pay a professional big money if they are going to use the same or similar equipment. I bought this device and a gel/cream remover. The gel remover works but it is not as precise as the pen and burns the surrounding skin. This pen is amazing. I was afraid to use it at first. it does hurt but the pain is worth it. You get used to the "sensation" after a while. The stinging and the burning skin smell are the only negatives. Smells like burning rubber to me. I still have a few scabs waiting to fall off (big mole near my ear). Also, bigger moles will need several "treatments". I started this process about one month ago. The scars are lightening up and will continue to with exfoliation and products. My husband said my skin looks so good even with the few scars. If you have several moles on your face to remove, you will look crazy for a week or two. I am a SAHM so it was not a big deal. If I worked outside the home I would have had to take vacation time or cover my face! Again, it was worth it. I usually do not post pics but this may help someone feel good about their skin again.

Stunning results!
This tool actually works!I wanted to have some discolorations removed, but found out that it would cost more than $600 at a beauty spa. Instead, I opted to buy this little maching, and familiarized myself with it's used with a variety of videos available online.Lo and behold, Petunia!!It worked!!Worth every penny. HIGHLY recommended!
