Knee pain that wasn’t shifting, after trying frozen peas I knew ice treatment was the best, I tried the gels, sprays but nothing helped. Filling with ice cubes and left for 30 minutes, the swelling went down and the pain was almost gone, I swapped from Ice to using hot water from kettle leaving the screw cap off to let the steam vapour go then screwing the cap tight I followed up using heat, I was very weary to using this product but can honestly say it works.

Got them to help out the football team they last over 7 hours and are good as it cools better the dry ice only problem I have found is one had a split in it and leaked water before it got to my freezer.I would still recommend to anyone that was looking at getting them

This item was perfect during the heat wave and also super for menopausal flushes!!! It also gives great relief for neck pain and moulds perfectly to the shape of your body. As it’s a six pack, I shared with family. They find them great too. They give great comfort and are really easy to use and 6 for 14.99 was an added bonus .

These packs are very well made and extremely durable.My husband uses ice for his migraine pain and usually uses a gel pack although these heat up quite quickly and become wet.These ice packs do not have these problems and stay colder a lot longer. I totally recommend this product and the price is very good.
