Sewline Mechanical Fabric Pencil Lead Refill, White, Black and Pink

The replacement Sewline "lead" works well in the applicator. The 3 different colors of lead are very helpful for the many different colored fabrics I use for my sewing projects.

At first I didn’t like how the lead pulled on the fabric but don’t have that problem anymore. Having 3 colors in one pencil means that I can use it on any color fabric that I am marking.

These are my current favorite for fine-detail fabric marking, but you can do the same thing with cheaper products. I really like this and I'm glad I have it, I just don't think I'll repurchase. Markings wash away completely on cotton, poly blends, and wool (they likely work on many materials, but these are the ones I have personally tested).

While I LOVE these Pencil leads, I gave the a lower grade because I ordered all white leads and when the came, I got a variety pack. this could have been my fault as I was ordering from my iPad and may not have seen clearly. I didn't really need anythint but white leads. I also ordered a new Sewline Needle Threader for use with Size 8 through 11 needles. I have only tried it once and it worked on my size 11 milliner needles. That's extraordinary! If it continues to work, I will continue to LOVE it.

Sewline Mechanical Fabric Pencil Lead Refill: I bought a Dritz pencil but their refill is kind of pricey. This one has different colors of lead, both light and dark for working with a variety of different-colored material. (Pink doesn't show up well on tan.) It fits in the Dritz pencil and lasts pretty well if you don't push too hard and break it.
