The best !
Colavita’s a class apart ! Del Monte’s too dry and firm, Di Sano and Borges are a bit too chewy and firm. Colavita hits the sweet spot ! Pasta’s essence lies in how it feels under the teeth. This pasta cooks really well and doesn’t wilt on even being slightly over cooked. Always al dente! Furthermore, there’s little to no breakage in the packet.If I take away one star, it’s owing to the fact that I find the colouring rather a gimmick. The colour tends to weaken upon boiling giving you more or less uni-coloured pasta. Thumbs up for the taste and texture, though.
