Good tea
The flavor of the tea is unique, and somewhat grassy, but that's to be expected considering it's made from a variety of plants as opposed to a traditional bag of ordinary tea leaves. One reviewer noted a fuzzy appearance. That isn't mold, it's just the way this tea looks. If you do an internet search for "greek mountain tea" or "shepherd's tea" you will find websites with product pictures that show this tea sometimes does have that same fuzzy appearance, like the reviewer noticed in theirs. So I think it's okay. In any case, I'm drinking some that looks fuzzy and I have no worries.

Most delicious hot or iced
I love the mild flavor of this tea, it is also caffeine free which makes it a great drink for the evening. I drink it hot with a bit of honey in it. I also make it iced as well and find it really refreshing in hot weather, I like it iced with or without honey. This brand is great because it is organic and the plant is also broken into smaller pieces already which makes it easier than having to snap it into pieces. I put a handful in the teapot and brew hot tea, once it has steeped I pour the tea into cups and then I leave the tea in the pot and brew another pot and let it steep for an hour, then I put the whole teapot in the fridge and let it steep overnight. In the morning I've got iced tea ready to go. It makes it go a long way and maximizes my purchase. Also, the Greeks have been using the tea for centuries to treat colds and respiratory infections. Maybe it is the placebo effect but in my opinion it works great on coughs and colds.

Superfood - supertea in your house
Came earlier than expected and of course I'm happy about it. 5 stars because the price is great for the amount and is unprocessed too. The flavor is great but don't expected something tasty. The fruit of the plant has a high vitamin C content – in a range of 114 to 1550 mg per 100 grams[13] with an average content (695 mg per 100 grams), placing sea buckthorn fruit among the most enriched plant sources of vitamin C. Additionally, fruits have high concentrations of carotenoids,[22] vitamin E[23] and vitamin K.[24] The main carotenoids are beta-carotene, zeaxanthin and lycopene[22] while alpha-tocopherol is the major vitamin E compound.[23]The most prevalent dietary minerals in sea buckthorn fruits (in relation to recommended daily intake) are potassium (300–380 mg/100 g), manganese (0.28–0.32 mg/100 g), and copper (0.1 mg/100 g).[25]The fruit is also rich in plant sterols (340–520 mg/kg), β-sitosterol being the major sterol compound as it constitutes 57–83% of total sterols.[26]Flavonols were found to be the predominating class of phenolic compounds while phenolic acids and flavan-3-ols (catechins) represent minor components.[27]

"Delicious" is in the mouth of the tea drinker! ...
"Delicious" is in the mouth of the tea drinker!. To me it has a green taste, similar to green tea. It was OK, I got it for the antioxidents. Not sure if I would purchase it again, there are other companies which have this tea (again, have to research before buying). There doesn't seem to be a lot in the bag, but of course, it contains all of the plant, stems, leaves, etc. A bit difficult to make - you have to boil the tea in water to get the antioxidents into the brew, then strain it to get the tea. It didn't need a sweetener, wasn't bitter.

Delicious Tea
Lemon Verbena, when you take fresh leaves that you grow in your garden and make a tea out of it by pouring hot water over them makes unbelievably delicious drink. I bought this because I wanted that tea so bad but it's not growing in my yard right now. Compare to fresh leaves this dry leaves are ok but not exactly what i expected. I'm sure if you never tried fresh ones you'll be loving it. I think for how many real dry leaves in this bag the price is so worth it! Packaging is very neat, I like it. You can clearly see that it's not leaves mixed with dirt or something else but a true product that you want to buy. I know this tea not only delicious but also very good for your health and if you love lemon flavor you'll be so happy with this tea!

Amazing herbal tea !
I love herbal teas and never tried this one so I decided to give it a try. It is wonderfully packed and plant material is in SUPERB condition ! It is obviously very fresh and harvested by hand. Taste is resembling aroma of some other mountain herbs and blends that I tried before but that was actually what I was hoping for. It is GREAT tea and please do follow instructions for brewing - if you use microwave and/or do not boil water with herbs inside for 2-3 min you will not get proper taste nor release of aromatic oils. I add small spoon of orange-blossom honey to 8 oz of strained brew and it becomes really amazing beverage.

Earthy and herbal
This is a lovely tea for after dinner or anytime, really. Although I like the earthy, herbal taste, I find that a small amount of raw Oregon honey from my hives enhances it greatly. Greek honey sold by Klio is excellent (most honey I tasted in Greece is good, especially the wild thyme honey). if you have hives or access to them, I strongly encourage you to use local honey. This is a decaffeinated tea, but hits all the right notes for a warming beverage. Highly recommended. Be sure to read all the health benefits on the package - that's the bonus.
