I love this stuff - as with most menopausal women its hard to fall asleep and stay asleep - after 3 years of sleepless nights and disturbed sleep I am sleeping again - for that I am absolutely delighted, I generally take 2 pills after breakfast and no problems no side affects - I tried taking just one but found that I could not fall asleep easily, two works fine, the crazy vivid dreams give me a chuckle when I wake up - will definitely keep using

Only Vitamin D we buy now. I was hesitant to move up to 10k ius per day, but this helps my resistance stay high.

I have had a noticeable difference in overall energy levels since using this product.Capsules are standard size and easy to swallow, serving size means this bottle accounts for a 2 month supply which is a good value. Easily worth the cost.I will continue to use this product.

I've been taking these as part of BHRT for two years. I noticed with my latest purchase that the size of the capsules changed. Label shows everything is the same as the previous label so I didn't give it much thought. After about three days on the new capsules, I started having night sweats again, couldn't sleep, was very agitated and morose (not my normal emotional state at all). I also experienced muscle trembling, which I've never had before, and severe brain fog, as well as some more personal symptoms I'm not comfortable sharing. It's very disappointing.

It is a decent product but I found they take twice as much as I would use with a different brand I tried called Ever Young Anti-Aging Pregnenolone Supplement (60 Capsules). They also do not have the punch I need. My pregnenelone levels were so low they were unreadable. They called them sub-countable at below 5. I was tested twice. I began taking them and I cannot believe the extreme difference I felt! They are more expensive than this brand so I thought I would try them out. I had horribly long menstrual cycles and severe joint pain and after taking the Ever Young brand my pain was reduced greatly and my cycles adjusted to a steady 26 days with a short 4-5 day medium to light cycle. I will be going back to my first choice, Ever Young. The Premier brand just does not give the same effect!
