I bought this after I saw a video explaining about the danger of lectins to our health and some health problems that may indicate that our body cannot tolerate it. What I like: After taking the first capsules I immediately noticed that I did not feel bloated after eating. Within 3 weeks I noticed that the rashes that have been bothering me for years diminishing about 50%, no more sinus (means no more allergy pills), no more brain fog and unexplainable depression, and I happily gain healthy weight. I consulted my primary care and she confirmed that my skin condition is a lot better and the ingredients of these capsules are safe for long-term consumption. What I don't like: This isn't a short term medication. It's just a supplement, so I need it on daily basis. There is so much confusion about which vitamin, mineral, or supplement you should take. This vitamin takes out the guess work while providing a custom blend of nutrients needed. After taking these for three months, I no longer catch every cold I come in contact with. This used to be a big problem for me. In addition, my hair and nails are better

Didn’t feel any different

Seems like a good product, but has a smell. I have another high quality multi-type with almost the same ingredients that doesn't have the smell. Can't say I'd buy it again when I can get the other one local and I like it better. Since the dosage on each is 2, I take one of each.

Product did not indicate that it was based on Blood type and encouraged me to purchase both A and O products. I am a type B so couldn’t use either.
