NitroFit Limber Pro Stretch Machine is hands-down one of the smartest fitness investments I’ve made for my home gym. From the first session, it proved it’s more than just a “stretching gadget” — it’s a legit mobility tool. The sliding adjustable seat lets me dial in stretch depth with precision, which means my 6’2 frame actually fits the machine comfortably without awkward repositioning. That feature alone puts it ahead of most stretchers in this price range. The removable calf angle board is a sleeper-hit add-on. I didn’t realize how much tighter my lower chain was until I started using it regularly — and now my calves, Achilles, and hamstrings feel noticeably looser and more responsive, especially after workouts or long hours sitting. Build quality is impressive: solid steel frame, no wobble, stable base, and the front wheels make it easy to move when I need space. Assembly was simple and intuitive — 30 minutes, zero frustration. Results? That’s where this thing shines. After consistent use, my hamstring flexibility, hip mobility, and lower back tension have all improved. The stretch feels controlled, deep, and safe — like having a personal stretch therapist at home. If I had to nitpick: the padding could be slightly thicker, but honestly, for the price and the performance, it’s a non-issue. The stretch quality is what matters — and this machine delivers. Whether you’re an athlete, mobility-focused lifter, or someone wanting real recovery and flexibility gains, the NitroFit Limber Pro is a game-changer. It punches well above its price class and feels like commercial gym equipment without the commercial price tag. Highly recommended. 5/5 stars. — Dean Davis

Great stretcher, thats half the cost of a precor. Its even better than a precor. Assembly is easy if you follow the video, which is very detailed and provides very clear inatructions. As stated in the video the assembly will be much easier if you have a ratchet wrench and a power tool.

Fantastic machine! I’ve suffered with back pain for years. I never knew until recently that this type of stretching equipment existed. It is a God send for anyone with back pain and poor flexibility. I have read all the reviews and watched some side by side videos on YouTube. This unit, the Nitrofit, is the best option in my opinion. I cannot see the more expensive units doing the job any better. In one online video there was a three way comparison, it showed that the Nitrofit is more stable than the most expensive unit of the three and had a better handle bar mount design than the other model. The only negative to this unit in any review I had read was the lack of extra padding on the front edge of the knee pad. The area where your knees rest has plenty of padding but when you are doing some of the leg stretches and the bottom of your leg is on the leading edge of the knee pad it can get a little painful. In my case I couldn’t tell if the pain was the lack of extra padding or if it was my poor flexibility…probably both! But I have solved the only negative to this machine and it is an easy and inexpensive fix. I added a replacement foam roller for another piece of equipment. All I did was slice it down the center on one side and it fit right over the edge of the knee pad. I ordered a 16 inch and it was the perfect length. I did notice that the foam roller would stay on during other exercises but it moved slightly. I trimmed a little more foam off the inside and used 2-inch-wide X 15 inch of Velcro to hold the roller in place. Since the Velcro is on the bottom of the knee pad you can take the roller off if you find it a distraction doing other exercises but I find it feels fine keeping it in place for all the exercises. It also gives you a little extra ‘lift’ and comfort when doing the Quadriceps. Check out the photos, here is a link to the same type of foam roller I used, these are sold in pairs so if you screw one up you will have a spare. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B002URFCYU?pf_rd_p=faa1d3e1-fadf-4279-ac2d-3096206e4690&pf_rd_r=9RDHJJ760XQWEAMA5WJT With the calf stretch ramp, the overall stability, the quality, the exercise display, and with the one little modification the Nitrofit is the perfect stretching machine. My back feels better after a week with the Nitrofit than it has in years.

First off - the "how to" video makes assembly super quick and easy. I didn't have to look as the instructions once. As for the machine - I love the stretches. I set it up in my home gym and now it's easy to add critical stretches between reps of weights and after cardio. Sure - you can always get on the floor on a mat (like I used to), but having a machine with a tilting seat makes getting into and out of stretches so much easier and more convenient. I wish I'd bought this years ago.

I have worked out on this sort of machine for years, and I am delighted to have one for my own home, purchased at a fair price. I have no complaints about the machine and just want to add some comments about assembling it. The company really goes out of its way to make it assemblable for a non-mechanical assembly specialist, and it mostly succeeds. It does this by giving the user both written instructions and a free video and they do have a call-in line which is very responsive. Also, most of the bolts and screws are pre-engaged into the parts where they will be used. Having complemented the company on trying to make the assembly of the device as easy as possible, with the help of another, we found two glitches. The device has an aesthetic, two-part, black cover that is meant to cover some bolts. On the video, they just snap that two-part device onto the machine, and insert a screw to hold it so snapped. If you look at the video, you can see that there is a cut and paste there. The parts, at least for the machine I received, never snapped together on the machine. Separate from the machine, the parts connect, but when the machine is added to the mix, they do not properly engage. So, we left them off since they are just included for cosmetic purposes, and the machine looks fine without them. Secondly, they provide a long bolt which is to be inserted through two different openings, one opening on one piece of the machine and the other on another piece of the machine. The bolt could not be inserted through one of those openings. The bolt is recommended for heavier weighted people using the machine. If we were going to include this feature, we were left with the choice of buying a bolt with slightly less diameter and perhaps a nut, flat washer and spring washer, or drilling the problematic opening to a slightly wider size and again having to then buy the nut, washer assortment. These are not big issues, but I just want other readers/purchasers to know that these two areas posed problems in constructing the device, and made me rate the machine with 4 stars as opposed to 5. Otherwise, the device is great, and I am very, very glad to have it to use. I hope it lasts for a long, long time.
