The Viking safe is an excellent security option for your valuables. It is has some weight to it and is very sturdy. The safe is sized perfectly for safe storage of what I bought it for. It has 3 options for opening - biometric, keypad, and key. If you lose any or all of those options by unintentional loss of key, loss of code, or battery death- the manufacturer is stellar to work with( don’t ask me how I know)

Very high quality. Great fit and finish. The #2 gun safe model 37- pz is just what I was looking for. It’s a hard yes for me.

Bought this after returning a cheaper brand that didn’t work. Som in law loved it for Christmas!

I’m happy overall with this. Very easy to set the pin and register fingerprints. It is loud when it opens. You can turn off the beeps but with how loud if it, the beeps aren’t the problem when opening it.It will comfortably store a full size pistol and a couple of magazines and a light or a subcompact and a full size. The photo shows a p365xl with a 12 round magazine and a spare 17 round along with a CZ Shadow 2 with a spare 19 round mag. Both guns have a red dot. The p365 is the sig optic and the CZ has a HOLOSUN 507C. This will work as my bedside gun but a little more room would have been nice

Great product I really like it. It came well boxed and works great. In my opinion it's a great size. Seems like a good value for the money.

I knew fingerprints deteriorate with age I just did not expect them to stop working for me at the age of 40. It varies with each person.My other biometric safe from a different brand works sporadically. Not good for an emergency.However, this touch chip sensor always worksEven when my hands are dirty. I even tested it on my 76-year-old mother in law, and it worked for her every time without fail.I feel comfortable knowing now I won’t have to replace my safe or that it won’t suddenly stop when I need it the most. I don’t have to worry if my hands are dirty if an intruder breaks in.SOME OTHER NICE THINGS ABOUT THIS SAFE:1. It shows the battery state. Very Important! I’ve opened it about 100 times just to test it, and the battery 🔋 is still full. So, batteries should last a long time.2. If you look at YouTube videos, you can learn how to open safes from popular brands like RPNB, both from the front and from the side, in a few seconds. Press the reset button or click open the latch. That easy.3. No cheap barrel key. This safe has a key I’ve never seen used in others. With similar safes, a 3-minute YouTube video, and 30 more seconds, you can have the typical barrel locked picked. Not this lock.4. Optional button opening. I don’t think I will ever need it, but it is good to have it as an option.5. Internal light. Nice touch.BUY IT. You won’t regret it.

Box was trashed and the finish on the lid is chipped. Without any real testing I immediately give this product 3 stars. Will update if that changes upon use.
