Yes, it catches House flies and everything else
I live out in the country by horse farm and we have two or three seasons of fly infestations. Have used and seen different fly traps. Both for indoor and outdoor. I have specifically looking for an indoor non smell device. Specifically for house flies. You will read many reviews on how the other electric or light devices do not kill house flies. This is pricey, I spent $80 on it which is about double the price of the other similar to it. I am glad I did because within the first two days we caught about 20 flies. I have attached a photo so you can see what happened in a week. We noticed that it caught house flies first and then all the little gnats and other little things which definitely caused it to be non sticky meaning you won't catch any flies anymore. So for me it worked out excellent.

Useful! Worth the $
Super easy installation. Not sure how long the lights will last but I keep it on like 24/7. That’s probably the only annoying part, the lights being so bright at night but small problem..shut the door. Because night time is the best for catching. But definitely worth it if you have flies coming in easily!! For example I tried to kill a fly with a swatter one day, missed a bit but I guess hurt the fly and he went flying up weirdly and then flew straight to the light :)

Item works
Don’t know where these rascals are coming from, but I am in Florida and think that the screening to the window needs to be replaced. Item seems to be doing the job of combating the war in my house.

Works great, can't find more glue boards.
This thing works great! Had a lot of flies, they're gone. On a white wall, the flies are drawn to where the light shines on the wall, I put another glue board there to increase the kill. It would be 5 stars, except: good luck finding more glue boards right now.

The flies will die
Too easy to install. I didn’t bother to measure the screws and it hung just fine. After a couple of nights in my kitchen the flies were no more. Flies and then some were stuck to the paper. (Gnats, mosquitos etc) Be aware that this will only work at night as the flies are attracted to the light source. Great buy though!

We like the light but replacement lightbulbs are hard to find
I did find them online in Slovenia wherever that is. Three bulbs of them were 25 euro delivered to the US or about $10 each. They don't warranty them against breakage. They were shipped in thin styrofoam sleeves, wrapped in newspaper in a rigid cardboard tube. Only took three weeks to get here. Two of them arrived intact so for me, the replacement bulbs were $15 each.

Horrible product. Stopped working after 5 months
I purchased 2 of these. One stopped working after 5 months. It's not the bulb. I switched the bulb with the one that is working and the bulb is fine. The instructions say contact customer care at [email protected]. There is no such website. I tried to even find an address or phone number for the company. It doesn't exist. Don't waste your money. There are other products available. At least they have a customer service department.

Doesn’t last too long
When I first purchased this item I had to send it back because it was defective. After receiving the replacement I was content but a few months after it stopped working again. What I noticed was I would have to more the cord around a little to get it to work, but eventually it just stopped working. I guess it was good while it lasted.
