Q: Can this be used for wall to wall bathroom carpeting?

It's not flat carpeting, it has a nap to it. I don't think it would be good in a bathroom, but it depends on what you are looking for.

Q: Are the fibers looped or cut? I don't want my cat's claws to get into the carpet.

Q: Will this rug bunch up if I use under an office chair with wheels?

I don’t think the chair wheels would roll very well on this material. It’s a good rug/carpet material but I think you would need a hard surface between chair and rug.

Q: Will this work to put over existing carpet?

Maybe. It could be thin enough but may shift or slip
