I love my Downy!!
I have been a long time Downy user. At one time, they changed something in it but it didn’t smell as nice. I quit using it for a while after that! Recently, I bought some Downy and it smelled Heavenly!! So, I invested in this large bottle! So glad I did! I only use it on my undies, sweaters, sheets, towels and nightgowns. They seemed to have reverted the scent back to close to the original it was. And I’m so glad they did. They’ve also come up with other scents but I will always come back to April Fresh Downy, my favorite!! Don’t change it!! I may try some of the other scents at some point!

The smell has changed
This use to have a good smell. I don't know if they have changed their formula but after buying this bottle off of Amazon, I have quit using Downy and I have switched to a different brand.

Easy to use
Besides being a good value it’s so much easier to use. I just set it up on the top of my washer with the spout over the softner tray and push the red button. And, I don’t have to lug the heavy jug home.The fragrance is mild but nice. My clothes, especially towels and sheets are so soft and feel good against my skin.I love ordering this product from Amazon Prime! It saves me money and time.

Did what we wanted
We wanted our laundry too smell fresh and that’s what we got. We stopped using dryer sheets because the product eliminated the static electricity along with providing a nice scent.

Love Downy. Big bottle did not come with lid, which you need cus its to heavy to pour. And once you use these they drip, so be sure to put it on a towel or rag as it gets messy.I only use Downy softener. Decent price right to my door.Came in good shape. Box was a bit smashed but product in tact and no leaking.
