The bell is metal and rings ! The handle bar streamers are made of real ribbon and the pinwheel worked good! The basket is to small thin / flimsy n not made well... i secured the pinwheel and the basket with zipties which i recommend other than that it was good they like it alot

This set isn't the best quality. The basket is soooooo small. The bell is pretty great, but everything else is just ok. Not worth the monday.

Such a crappy set. The bell is plastic. It will not ring. There were no handlebar tassels. And pin wheel is a joke. The ribbon on the basket is paper, and the basket itself could easily be purchased at the dollar be store. 16$. What a ridiculous joke.

Looks just like the picture. I was a little disappointed in the basket only because its a little cheaply made but I figure it's okay because my daughter loves it.

They look great, the only problem is the pin wheel doesn’t stay in place very well because it just slides over the handlebars.

Most of this is ok. The pin wheel snapped of while they were riding them the first day.

4 year old wanted a baskets on her bike for her little things and this work great.

I bought this for my daughter's scooter and it works perfectly. She absolutely loves it. Good quality at a decent price. No complaints.
