Modway Upland Teak Wood Outdoor Patio Chaise Lounge Chair with Cushions in Natural White

Bought two of these chaises and what a great purchase. They are heavy, solid, sturdy and easy to assemble. You only have to attach the legs and the wheels. All holes lined up and the holes are lined with brass threaded inserts. A wrench and Allen Wrench are included along with heavy duty stainless steel screws, washers and bolts. Sunbrella cushions are nice and thick and very comfortable. The even have nice long velcro straps to attach to the chaise. The chaises are also nice and long for my very tall family and the finish is perfect. The photos make the wood grain look kind of wonky but in person they look so much better (not all that crazy wood grain). The packing and shipping of these also went very well - no damage whatsoever. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase!

The piece that the wheels attach to is cracked and will not hold the wheels properly.Called the seller and they are not willing to send a replacement support piece. I feel thathe company could remove a nonbroken piece from another chaise and send it to me. ratherthan my returning the chaise. The customer service repesentative I spoke with is not willingto work with me on it. So the only option is to return the entire chaise.Very disappointed in the inability to work with me. The seller has been impossible to work with,therefore I cannot recommend this product.
